Ethan has been complaining all week that he has to read 10 pages of a book every night for school.
So the first thing he did this weekend was get the new "Diary of a Wimpy Kid" book, which he has been reading for the past two hours.
He just came in to read me a funny part.
Those are very funny books, as are the 'How to Train Your Dragon' series. Although I am 42 years old, I find myself chuckling--and laughing--out loud during both sets of books. I imagine that if you bought him the dragon set for Christmas, he might spend a large part of his Christmas break reading. SO MUCH FUN!! :-) I also love the Perseus Jackson series and a ton of others. If you happen to need any suggestions (which you prolly don't), I'm an avid reader of books geared toward readers of Ethan's age.
